For a small additional charge, guests can receive a hands-on lesson from a volunteer pilot in the Flight sim-zone and FMX Flight Simulator. Begin by utilizing expert assistance in a three-dimensional simulator to explore the Bay Area with a birds-eye view for a truly extraordinary perspective. Practice initially on a large monitor with a great view. Once guests have gained some confidence and knowledge of the controls, step over to the FMX flight simulator - an FAA approved full-motion simulator. Typically only available in training academies and flight schools, this simulator is a real treat for guests. Step into the fully functional cockpit with a pilot instructor for the most realistic 10-minute flight experience you can imagine, and experience what it is like to fly a real plane.
