The best experience I have ever had at a Motel!

My expected six day stay turned into a six week stay, because of my husband's surgery complications at Stanford. The on-site owner/manager, Bhagi, is so pleasant and congenial! He makes every effort to make your stay memorable. There are many touches he supplies for the guests, such as complimentary water, snacks, soda, even a lovely bottle of wine, as well as toiletries!! He is meticulous in maintaining the rooms and grounds. There were always improvements being made to the beautiful patio area so that the guests have plenty of outdoor area to visit, relax, enjoy a meal, etc. The staff were so very pleasant and do a wonderful job of cleaning and servicing the rooms. Bhagi also provided laundry service during my stay, so that I didn't have to spend time at a laundromat instead of being with my husband. He consistently worked with me, extending my stay many, many times, while assuring me I would not be without a room! That was such a great relief as my husband's recovery took so many turns! The location is close to grocery shopping, restaurants, gas, as well as larger shopping centers. I felt very safe in the motel as well as driving the area for my needs. My stay couldn't have been any better and I'm so grateful that we chose the Palo Alto Inn!
